Mike Richardson wrote several nice dances for 2-part slip jigs, including The
Peacock Follows the Hen and Here’s to 40 More (both on caller’s box). There
isn’t time for a partner swing and a neighbor swing, so I don’t call them as
often as I used to.

I’m still refining Otho’s Chorus (also on caller’s box), which uses a 3-part
slip jig. It's too early to call it a favorite (and feedback welcome).

I’m wondering if anyone knows of any good waltz-time dances that go over well
with contra crowds. (One thing I really miss in contra vs english is dancing to
varied time signatures.)

Regards,

Russell
