I can't access the server-manager from my browser anymore, i get a password
popup that won't accept any of my passwords, and gives me a 401 access denied
when i cancel it.

I have done this now, and things looks to be back to normal:
rpm -e smeserver-mailsorting
rpm -e smeserver-userpanel
signal-event post-upgrade
signal-event reboot
