You can't log out of the /user-manager, you should close the browser when
finished. You will need to restart your browser if you wish to use
/server-manager after using /user-manager

When user-manager was first written this wasn't a problem
since then server-manager has changed
there is a separate bug asking for user-manager to be re-written
