Just a quick note: because a lot of testers/users have upgraded to SAIL 714
instead of doing a new install (this was a customer deployment) this issue
would not be immediately obvious; the necessary configuration db entries would
already exist on the server (introduced by a previous version).
Unfortunately the minute they run an update or install another contrib this bug
has the potential to bite.
