For your PPTP problem, does the VPN work from the external interface (from the
internet) ?
The problem only occure when trying to use the VPN from the WiFi network ?
Unfortunnaly, I have no windows based system to test.
For the other problem, you should assign another IP to your AP. As it's working
in AP mode, you can assign any IP you want, for example 192.168.40.1.
There's no option in chilli to configure an pool of IP, it'll allways use the
entire network. The default is to use 10.1.0.1 for chilli server, and give IP
address from 10.1.0.2 to 10.1.0.254.
