This is probably a similar issue to bug 4540
http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4540
To quote Charlie (with version number modifified):
That is a problem with the contrib dansguardian. No version of it is available
which is compatible with clamav 0.95. You will have to wait, or remove
dansguardian if you feel you must have clamav 0.95.
