Anyone with buildsys access can bump the release number and issue a rebuild.
If the correct clamav-devel package is available to the buildsys then it will
rebuild with the new libraries.
Currently apt.sw.be (main mirror of rpmforge) is having issues and the updated
devel library isn't available to the buildsys. So a rebuild won't do anyone
any good.
