I don't rememeber where I saw this information, but some times ago, I've ask on
devinfo mailing list if this repo could be created before RC status, and got no
reply. I also think so sooner the repo is available, the better, because more
users will be able to test it (we must admit most users uses contribs)
I'll try to open a bug for this ASAP
