Daniel, I think you can put all your rpms from your own repo in the SME 8
Contribs repository now. Some are in CVS already, with builds for SME7 and
SME8, ie:
http://smecontribs.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/smecontribs/rpms/smeserver-mimp/
If you don't have access to make that contribs8 directory, open a new bug
report. I think the goal should be for all rpms to be in the contribs.org
repo's.
