Just updated the smecontribs version with most of the changes that David Harper
include in his RPM spec file with the exception of PHP 5.3.0
php5-cgi contribs installed from the smetest respository and found to cleanly
installed on an up to date clean 7.4 SME install (VMware).
yum --enablerepo=smecontribs --enablerepo=smetest install smeserver-php5-cgi
