Thanks for the patch Paul, there is a few more additional things needed doing
for example, the management panel becomes redundant if you choose to use the
unix plugin as you only need to create users/groups via the normal SME Server
way (one advantage)
I'll spilt the bug to hopefully disable the management panel if you choose the
unix plugin.
