With Zarafa 6.4, they have added the ability to exclude uids and gids. This
cleans up the global address book of all duplicated entries that were making
the unix plugin messy.
I have updated the unix.cfg template and successfully (and automatically)
excluded all unwanted entries and made the global address book useful and
accurate.
I will post the diff file later this afternoon.
