backuppc service need to be re-enabled (as you have disabled the service before
the migration):
db configuration setprop backuppc status enabled
signal-event backuppc-update
There's no data in /opt because it's now stored in /var/lib/BackupPC (you need
to mount your hard drive here as explained in the wiki page).
