when first opening https://myservername/phpmyadmin there appears a link at the
bottom -
The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some
extended features have been deactivated. To find out why click here.
When clicking on the link "here" the page comes up displaying error code as
shown in this post on the forums -
