When using 'lat-users' to update a user account, the user's 'Uid' is changed in
the '/home/e-smith/db/accounts' file. However, when using /server-manager, the
'Uid' remains the same.
This was tested on a clean SME8 install, with all the current updates applied.
Then, LAT (v1.0-1) was installed from the 'smecontribs' repo.
