I am referring to the 'Uid' that is assigned automatically, when creating an
account through the /server-manager web interface.

Upon account creation, the '/home/e-smith/db/accounts' file will have a line
that looks similar to the following:

johndoe=user|City|Anyplace|Company|My
Company|Dept||EmailForward|local|FirstName|John|ForwardAddress||Gid|5001|LastName|Doe|PasswordSet|yes|Phone|123-555-1212|Shell|/usr/bin/rssh|Street|123
Anywhere Street|Uid|5001|VPNClientAccess|no

In the /server-manager web interface, if you click 'Modify' next to the
'johndoe' user, and make a change, the 'Uid' in the '/home/e-smith/db/accounts'
does not change. However, if you use 'lat-users' to update the account, the
'Uid' does change.

If this change is acceptable, please feel free to close this bug. It just
didn't seem right that the web interface did not change the 'Uid', but
'lat-users' did.
