teamspeak 2 is only available in 32 bit mode.
should upgrade to teamspeak 3 to have 64 bits.(which is not the current
solution, as it should certainly lead to a new contrib)
alternatively it should be run a chroot 32 bit env.
with debian this line should helps :
sudo apt-get install libc6-i386 lib32stdc++6 lib32z1 ia32-libs lib32gcc1

should find which package provide the same libraries under centos5 or just
build the contrib for i386
