fixed in release 41
removed symlink in servcice2adjust
added symlink s94mailman-restart to events
modified action/mailman-restart to add option BACKGROUND="TRUE" when invoking
esmith:utils:servicesControl in order to avoid hanging.
funny as invoking directly mailman-restart without that works, but through
signal-event without le background true it hangs ....
