VERIFICATION
= ENVIRONMENT:
SME server 8.0 full update, install smeserver-mailman and mailman from smetest
and smedev
[root@sme8dev64 ~]# /sbin/e-smith/audittools/newrpms
mailman.x86_64 3:2.1.9-20.el5.sme
installed
smeserver-mailman.noarch 1.3.0-42.el5.sme
installed
[root@sme8dev64 ~]# /sbin/e-smith/audittools/templates

= CURRENT VERSION INSTALLED:
The older version was in sme7contribs and i didn't install it, i have just
installed the new version.
=TESTING:
I played before with this contribs at the early stage of migration of contribs
to sme8 repository but it was completely broken. However there were a lot of
bugs including this one.
= UPDATED VERSION INSTALLED:
yum install --enablerepo=smedev,smetest mailman smeserver-mailman
signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot
[root@sme8dev64 ~]# rpm -qa smeserver-mailman mailman
mailman-2.1.9-20.el5.sme
smeserver-mailman-1.3.0-42.el5.sme
= PROBLEM FIXED?:
The contribs operates as i can not find same error messages in my log
(/var/log/messages) like in comment #0 and the server-manager allows to create
lists and register to them. see bug 7722
There are others bugs blocking this latter but there is nothing which concerns
this bug.
