wrong way to do , as it will revert to iso manually and will avoid UFT8 script
to work, and more and more will be ...
a temps fix seems to be
cp -a /usr/bin/sme8admind /usr/bin/sme8admind.old
iconv -f iso-8859-1 -t utf8 /usr/bin/sme8admind.old > /usr/bin/sme8admind
service sme8admind restart
graphs work after that.
