Changes to UTF8 have been reverted, check Bug #7699:
= UPDATED VERSION INSTALLED:
[root@test80 ~]# yum --enablerepo=smetest update e-smith-lib e-smith-base
[root@test80 ~]# rpm -qa e-smith-base e-smith-lib
e-smith-lib-2.2.0-10.el5.sme
e-smith-base-5.2.0-85.el5.sme
Then: revert changes made in bash profile if applicable.
Logout and login.
Then:
[root@test80 ~]# service sme8admind restart
Stopping sme8admin daemon: [ OK ]
Starting sme8admin daemon: Daemonizing sme8admin... (pid 4159)
[ OK ]
Wait 5 minutes:OK
Note: display is OK even if bash profile is modified as per comment #13.
CLOSING FIXED.
