The service mailman is not launched by the server-manager panel

I have tested directly with the new version in smedev
[root@sme8dev ~]# rpm -qa mailman smeserver-mailman
smeserver-mailman-1.3.0-44.el5.sme
mailman-2.1.9-20.el5.sme
=TESTING:
With the the older version when you perform an "enable" trough the
server-manager, the service wasn't launched
[root@sme8dev ~]# ps aux |grep mailman

= UPDATED VERSION INSTALLED:
[root@sme8dev ~]# yum install --enablerepo=smedev,smetest mailman
