yes i understand the problem, you have installed the version i did with a
webfolder in /opt/wordpress and you have performed an upgrade with the new
version of rpm which is based now on the rpm from epel.

And of course all paths are changed.

I suppose that you have done a yum upgrade without epel repository activated,
can you confirm that. If it is the case, only smeserver-wordpress has been
upgraded, can you confirm that by your /var/log/yum/yum.log

-first i think that you need to save all content of /opt/wordpress with its
mysql db.
-in a second time i'm wondering if we reinstall the old wordpress version could
resolve the problem, this needs further tests.
