It is not wise to have additional repos enabled (beyond the standard
recommended sme repos, refer Wiki). You should set these to disabled to avoid
unwanted & undesired package upgrades. You should upgrade contribs seperately
to upgrading the system.
Use the --enablerepo=reponame switch eg
yum upgrade wordpress --enablerepo=smecontribs

You may also be upgrading rpms from the SerNet repo that clash with others from
the sme standard repos.
