Well i thing that we could enhance our documentation in two parts

this is a howto dedicated to the rise section, please add you comment
concerning the rise section, with the reference to this bug.

here we could write all is concerning the full restore section with the
reference to this bug.
-of course we can let the troubleshooting section like you wrote.
The interest is when the sysadmin goes to read the rise or the full-restore
section he can read at first what he will do if something goes wrong after.
We need to be talkative and clearly explain what to do.
