Have just installed Wordpress contrib following the instructions on the forum.
Get an imediate message that there is a Wordpress update available (guess this
is important - security etc.).
Downloads OK, install fails with the message below:
Preparing to install the latest version…
The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files.
This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.:
wp-includes/class-simplepie.php, wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php,
wp-includes/class-smtp.php
Installation Failed
Is this a Wordpress bug or a contribs bug?
System is standard SME 8, all update applied. Wordpress is the only contrib
installed.
