I have followed the new instructions and it failed to install. It appears that
there is a egroupware-epel in that repository. and with yum it is saying that
eGroupware is obsoleted by egroupware-epel, but obsoleting package does not
provide for requirements...

I tried installing php-mcrypt with epel repository and then the egroupware
package without using this repository but it still calls the egroupware-epel
and fails the install.
