Thanks, could you check some logs to ensure that there are no hidden errors.
this one is a log for errors or warning of server-manager
less /var/log/httpd/admin_error_log
this one is more known :)
less /var/log/messages
as far I know, the folder structure is the same for sme9 and sme8
set to confirmed
