Well I broke down and basically did the same thing as
http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,51339.0.html as I totally hate not
having my servers up to date with patches that are released.
Of course after the server was updated I then reinstalled the "dkms" from the
epel repository which then of course re-installed the "gcc" which is what was
ultimately calling for the "libgomp" that the smeserver-support update was
wanting to remove. So unless a "fix" is found I guess I will have to remember
this process for future updates
