- After the removal of gcc, update at the console went OK. I signal-event...
- After reboot, I checked with server-manager and it said there were updates
and showed them. I clicked update. It looked for updates but found none. It
didn't say to signal-event... Right away, I rechecked again and this time it
said the system is up to date.

- I installed gcc because I needed it to compile Python-2.7 for the
installation of Odoo-8. PostgreSQL-9.4 & Odoo-8 are working perfectly now. If I
ever need gcc I will just install it again.
