I'm using DNSBL and RHSBL on a lot of servers (not through this contrib, but
these are core features just made easily available in the wbl panel) and I have
no issue.
@Stephane: are you using an external DNS server ? Have you kept some traces of
your bounces from qpsmtpd logs ?
