This is the DNS server that ran the query that failed so I guess your router
queried an upstream server that is blocked (?) :

> See http://uribl.com/refused.shtml for more information [Your DNS IP:
> 109.0.65.8]

Here's the test example :

$ host -tTXT 2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com
2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com descriptive text "127.0.0.1 -> Query Refused. See
http://uribl.com/refused.shtml for more information [Your DNS IP: 1.2.3.4]"

On my server I have :

cat /etc/resolv.conf

domain mydomain.net
nameserver 192.168.x.1

[root@home ~]# host -tTXT 2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com
2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com descriptive text "permanent testpoint"

So I think my server runs its own queries and does not query DNS set at my
routers (I think)

I don't believe it is a bug in SME per se but am happy to be proved completely
wrong as usual :-)
