Hello,
the following SMTP Server (91.146.108.80 / CIDR: 91.146.104.0/21) is Uk based
IP.

When I try to test the "geoiplookup" command line, it is showing as RU
(RUSSIAN):
[root@neomail ~]# geoiplookup 91.146.108.80
GeoIP Country Edition: RU, Russian Federation
is it a bug ?
I try to do a "signal-event geoip-update" but it always showing as "RU".
