Long time since I looked at this but from memory you need
perl-GeoIP2
The updated maxmind DBs
A modification to
/var/service/qpsmtpd/config/plugins/18check_badcountries
I did a bit of code but it was not good and not had time since. Note you can
not only block by country, but also by city as well now - no idea whether that
is of any relevance.
For anyone with half a brain it would probably be a quick and easy fix. It
would take me considerably longer.
