--- Comment #15 from John Crisp <jcr...@safeandsoundit.co.uk> ---
I think this has become a lot more important.

Last night all my servers reported the following:

"Received an unexpected HTTP status code of 401 from
https://updates.maxmind.com/app/update_secure?db_md5=a1bdbc9d6db9077ffe7e314007b86057&challenge_md5=bfbac955c0a137af0c78b9f63a1be05f&user_id=999999&edition_id=506";

I think they have effectively stopped supporting the 'legacy' v1 DBs

https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/

So the last db build is March 2018

qpsmtpd seems to have GeoIP2 support from v0.95

openfusion still seem to have the latest GeoIP2 RPM I can find

http://repo.openfusion.net/centos6-x86_64/perl-GeoIP2-2.001002-1.of.el6.noarch.rpm

However, Maxminds own perl module is currently at version 2.005000 and there
are a number of changes

https://github.com/maxmind/GeoIP2-perl

We probably ought to build our own module, but I don't know how to.

I also note that geoipupdate is at 2.5

https://github.com/maxmind/geoipupdate

Going to test with the openfusion repo versions and see what happens
