Possible patch for truncate name

Get the same problem with fresh install ( sme 9.1 & Latest horde ).
Work on the problem and found maybe a solution in horde database.
See attachement for modification.
I need to do more testing but this work for domain name like www.XXXXX.XXXX.XXX
Future test is for IP adress and domain like www.XXX.XXX
