Bonjour John
The patch was tested on virtual server with several domain name arrangement
with success.
Type of domain IP adress , www.XXXX.XXX , www.XXXX.XXXXX.XXXX.XXX but the
argument only remove WWW in front of domain name.
The HTTP_HOST return on my server www.XXXX.XXX.XXX but if it possible to get
different suffix for domain name on other server.
