I do not understand either the status for the required updates.
We see the same errors when the script tries to access host
'clamav.securiteinfo.com'.
I found the following information:

By removing the "SI" databases in the mentioned .conf file, I can avoid the
regular update errors (looks like these "SI" databases can also be removed from
SME config database (db configuration show clamav-unofficial-sigs) which would
be better then hacking the .conf file BUT there is also this section in our SME
wiki:
https://wiki.contribs.org/Talk:Clamav_unofficial_sigs
which I believe is related but do not understand because the site at
http://www.securiteinfo.com seems all in French.
