No, clamav-unofficial-sigs-5.6.2-4.el6 needs clamav-update.
I think that some locations are also moved in this release.
I added SecuriteInfo signatures through freshclam custom template
with DatabaseCustomURL, thats how I know it needs higher MemLimit.
