can we imagine to have a php-fpm version running per ibay with its own php-ini
when an ibay is selected to have a different php version ?and use the db info
to populate this php.ini the same way we would in httpd.conf ?
of course if you set 12 ibays with php70 and 1 with the base php, then you
might have some performance issue having 12 php70 running ;)

I know nothing of php-cgi and php-fpm so I am just suggesting a way to have
more flexibility!
