Bug ID: 10129
Summary: Webshare Contrib is incompatible with SME9.1 using
default install
Classification: Contribs
Product: SME Contribs
Version: 9.1
Hardware: ---
OS: ---
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: smeserver-webshare (Needs a maintainer)
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
QA Contact: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
I opened this bug because I'm not sure of the next step. The smeserver-webshare
has no maintainer and has dependency issues when installed according to the
wiki page. The dependency can be fixed by adding the epel repo. It just looks
like perl-Apache-Htpasswd-1.8-2.el5.noarch was updated to
perl-Apache-Htpasswd-1.8-3.el6.noarch with Centos 6. I am out of my depth here
so I'm not sure if the contrib needs to be updated or if the wiki page just
needs to reflect v9.1 install instructions. I'd be happy to provide the update
on the page. I'm going to note the problems on the wiki for others to see too.
It's installed and I have tested the functions of the contrib per below. All
seem to be working both inside and outside of my network.
