https://wiki.contribs.org/Webshare is to be considered abandonware. As you
observed, there is no maintainer and has not been undated in at least 5 years.
The original developer left this community and nobody picked up on it.
I agree, and official status on contribs or a separate supported contribs repo
is severely lacking
