Try both command, no success.
rm /opt/rh/rh-mysql57/root/var/lib/mysql/mysql/user.frm
signal-event post-upgrade ; signal-event reboot
rm -rf /opt/rh/rh-mysql57/root/var/lib/mysql/*
signal-event post-upgrade ; signal-event reboot
Decision made to remove mysql57 installation and do it the right way.
Package mysql55 is installed, removed it at the same time.
1)yum erase mysql55* , yum erase rh-mysql57*. During removal found corrupted
file in mysql57 installation
rh-mysql57-mysql-server.x86_64 0:5.7.16-1.el6 do 90 m instead 20 m.
