--- Comment #8 from Philippe Desrosiers <[email protected]> ---
(In reply to Jean-Philippe Pialasse from comment #6)
Comment#7 need to be deleted, finger problem.
Try both command, no success.
rm /opt/rh/rh-mysql57/root/var/lib/mysql/mysql/user.frm
signal-event post-upgrade ; signal-event reboot
rm -rf /opt/rh/rh-mysql57/root/var/lib/mysql/*
signal-event post-upgrade ; signal-event reboot
Decision made to remove mysql57 installation and do it the right way.
Package mysql55 is installed, removed it at the same time.
1) yum erase mysql55* , yum erase rh-mysql57*. During removal found corrupted
file in mysql57 installation
rh-mysql57-mysql-server.x86_64 0:5.7.16-1.el6 do 90 m instead 20 m. Yum don't
remove the file.
2) Removed manually all directory and file related to mysql55 & mysql57.
3) Signal-event post-upgrade & reboot ( don't take any chance )
4) Run yum reinstall --enablerepo=smecontribs,centos-sclo-rh
rh-mysql57-mysql-server.x86_64
5) yum install --enablerepo=smecontribs,centos-sclo-rh smeserver-mysql57
6) Signal-event post-upgrade & reboot
After reboot , mysql57 work as expected.
Try the installation of mysql57 on a fresh sme 9.1 updated installation. Work
well to.
Thank you for your support ( good job )
