php.ini-file for php70 and php 71 is found in /etc/opt/remi/php[xx]/php.ini and
NOT in /opt/remi/php70/root/etc/php.ini as for php54, php55 and php56.
Contrib (templates for php.ini) should be adapted to the new paths for php.ini
if php70 or php71 is used.
