multiple way to proceed
1-smb.cnf way :
create a metadata file
/etc/e-smith/templates.metadata/opt/remi/php70/root/etc/php.ini with
TEMPLATE_PATH="/opt/remi/php70/root/etc/php.ini"
OUTPUT_FILENAME="/etc/opt/remi/php[xx]/php.ini"
2- create a link
/opt/remi/php70/root/etc/php.ini > /etc/opt/remi/php[xx]/root/etc/php.ini
3 completely move the template..
