Please don't start to mess with things.
Downgrading is unlikely to help in any way, and will just confuse. One step at
a time please. If we need you to try stuff like that we will tell you.
Note that the update to 0.4-3 had a workaround for SME server that could not
see the letsencrypt servers, but this is not the case here as far as I can see.
The issue is with letsencrypt not seeing your server properly.
All three hosts currently resolve (and to https) correctly:

http://saturn.ivbonline.de/.well-known/acme-challenge/
Your IP address currently resolves to 87.140.117.154
Hmmm.....
Do you use dynamic DNS for your IP (always a horrible thing to have to do) ?
Your original bug report showed an IP of 12.111.117.154 but the later test had
another IP (unless you had changed it)
Can you also try another test and post the complete unobfuscated details please
? We can then try to use the failed URL to check and see if we can see your
server.
Can you also post the output of:
/etc/dehydrated/config
/etc/dehydrated/domains.txt
