one way could be to simply rebuild the rpm without the licensed material and
add a Require on the spec file to check the required bin are already installed
before the smeserver-teamspeak rpm be installed.
then update of the wiki to explain how to first download teamspeak and isntall
it before having the sme package to configure it.
