My guess is you don't have the right port/ports open.
Can you show (but not the password !):
config show teamspeak

However, I note from https://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10494#c20 It
seems to want UDP 9987
So you could try
config setprop teamspeak UDPPort 9987 access public
signal-event remoteaccess-update
Sorry - I haven't had much time to progress this recently, and I am currently
stuck on try to run the server from the script as the correct UID rather than
as root.
