I just performed the install as outlined.
yum install smeserver-teamspeak-server
> > --enablerepo=smedev,smetest,smecontribs

> > signal-event teamspeak-install
I did do a post-upgrade and reboot and started the server with the script as
per the following command.
su teamspeak /opt/teamspeak/ts3server_startscript.sh start
I am attaching the portion of my messages log from the time of the
installation.
